Non-Emergency Medical Transportation · Dallas–Fort Worth

Safe rides,
brighter days. There for you, like angels.

We take you to dialysis, therapy, specialists and surgery. Ride in your own wheelchair, or take a driver's arm to the car. You give us the appointment time and we build the pick-up around it.

Serving all of Dallas–Fort Worth

On time for the appointment

You give us the time you need to be seen. We work backwards from there.

Door through door

Your driver walks you from your front door to the clinic reception, then home again.

Wheelchair ready

You board by ramp. Your driver secures the chair at four points before moving.

Drivers we background-check

We train each one to help you in and out, and to talk to you rather than past you.

What we do

Two ways we get you there

Tell us how you move and we send the vehicle to match. You ride in your own chair, or you take a driver's arm to the door.

How it works

Booking a ride takes about two minutes

You will not create an account or download an app. Call, text, or use the form.

1

Tell us the details

Give us the destination, the appointment time, and whether you walk or use a wheelchair. That is enough for us to start.

2

We confirm

We send back your pick-up time and your driver's name, so you are not watching the window on the morning.

3

Door to door

Your driver arrives early and helps you in. Book the return and we come back when you finish.

Why Exodus

We built this around the parts that go wrong

You have probably heard the same complaints we have. A two-hour wait outside a dialysis centre in August. A driver who talked past the rider to the nurse. Someone left at a hospital entrance the size of a shopping centre and told to find their own way in.

  • We plan around your appointment. You give us the time you need to be seen and we work backwards.
  • The same help at both ends. Out of your house, into the clinic, and home again.
  • A companion can travel with you. Tell us when you book so we hold the ambulatory seat, and ask for the rate.
  • Standing bookings for repeat treatment. Set up dialysis three mornings a week once, then stop calling.
  • Vehicles cleaned between riders. Your driver checks the ramp, belts and tyres before each shift.

More about how we work

Where we take people

Every appointment that matters

Most of our week is repeat treatment: dialysis, therapy, infusion. Pick the one you need and we will open the booking form for you.

For healthcare partners

Discharge planners,
we make your afternoon easier

You get one number and one contact who knows your patients. We carry for hospitals, dialysis centres, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, home health agencies and case managers across the metroplex.

  • Standing orders. Set the recurring schedule once and stop re-booking the same dialysis run every week.
  • Will-call returns. Ring when your patient is ready and we come back. No fixed slot to miss.
  • Facility-to-facility transfers. Hospital to rehab, nursing home to clinic, assisted living to an appointment.
  • One monthly invoice. Your finance team settles a single facility account instead of chasing individual trips.
  • A person answers the phone. You reach someone who knows your facility, not a queue.
